Client Services

We have a dedicated Client Services team in Corporate Business whose aim is to support Employers and Trustees in the efficient operation of their pension scheme. We work very closely with pension consultants and brokers to deliver this support. Our expert in-house team is made up of experienced pension and investment professionals.

In Client Services we understand the vast, and sometimes onerous, responsibilities of trustees and employers when operating a pension scheme for employees.

The range of services we offer aim to help not only meet regulatory requirements, but also ensure the timely provision of key information and seamless administration of the pension scheme (where Corporate Business is the Registered Administrator).

These services we offer in Client Services include:

  • Attending trustee and employer meetings
  • Provision of scheme specific Administration Reports
  • Presentations on investment performance for each scheme
  • Point of contact and dedicated Client Manager for each employer/ scheme
  • Provision of legislative updates
  • Monitoring of service level agreements for our pension schemes
  • Regular e-newsletters which are sent via email

The AIM team is part of the Client Services division of Corporate Business who provide an excellent and extensive member education service.
