Rehabilitation Services

For almost 30 years we have developed a wide range of rehabilitation programmes to help your employees recover from illness and injury.

These programmes are created with hospitals, clinics and individuals to ensure we have the most suitable supports available to those who need it most. Our in-house nursing team and rehabilitation consultant continuously develop our rehabilitation offering so we can cater for as many people as possible.

Every single Income Protection claim admitted is considered for rehabilitation and aspects of same are also available to our early intervention nurses when dealing with your employees. Our programmes cater for illnesses such as cancer, injuries, back pain, mental health problems, brain trauma, fatigue illnesses and COVID, with other specialised treatments available as needed.

To date, 90% of participants in our programmes have rated their experience as positive. Here are some of the things your employees are saying about us:

"Communication was good and consistent. I gained a confidence to return to work, that I was being listened to and that there were others feeling like I did and there was a path to recovery.",
"Great support from the Psychologist, Nutritionist, Physiotherapist with good advice from all 3 professionals and excellent communication from the Medical and Administration support staff."
"Cancer is a very emotional journey, to know that the people in an organisation whose job is to manage a programme such as this, for organisations and people they don’t know or get to meet and to do it to such a professional standard – I am in awe and so thankful. Thank you very much for the jobs that you do”

Vocational Services

Returning to work after prolonged illness is an important part of the recovery process, but it can evoke other concerns such as fear of failure, fear of meeting colleagues again, and fear of changes that may have occurred in the workplace during a long absence. These concerns are understandable and entirely natural. The aim of this service is to provide ongoing support during what can be a period of uncertainty, and to make the transition back to work as smooth and as easy as possible.
